Design of Buffer Structure of New Mine Belt Self-shifting Tail
The belt self-moving tail is an important part of the transportation system of fully mechanized mining face,which is used for the fast and correct lap of the slotted scraper conveyor and the tail of the belt conveyor in the high yield and efficient working face,and accepts the materials from the scraper conveyor and transfers them into the belt transportation system to meet the needs of high progress and fast advancement of the working face.At present,there are some defects in the use of belt self-moving tail intermediate frame buffer,so a new structure of belt self-moving tail buffer is designed,that is,the composite buffer structure of buffer steel plate and buffer roller.The structure has the advantages of wear resistance,impact resistance and no damage to the belt.If it is applied in the middle frame of the belt self-shifting tail,it can solve the problems such as the damage of the buffering machine,the fast wear of the belt and the service period of the belt self-shifting tail,and improve the working quality and production efficiency of the coal mine production and transportation.
