模块钻机起升系统的效率提升研究

摘要
石油模块钻井设备是海洋石油勘探开发环节的重要设备之一.首先,介绍石油模块钻采设备的功能单元和结构.其次,分析模块钻机起升系统的动力选择,主要采用直流电动机驱动、液力传动和交流电动机变频 3 种方式.最后,探究提高起升系统效率的路径,可以通过配备双司钻操作系统、改进模块钻机的浆液输送系统、提高模块钻机的自动化水平等方式有效保障模块钻机起升系统的工作效率.
Abstract
Oil module drilling equipment is one of the important equipment in offshore oil exploration and development.Firstly,the function unit and structure of oil module drilling and production equipment are introduced.Secondly,the paper analyzes the power choice of the lifting system of the module rig,which adopts three ways:direct current motor drive,hydraulic drive and alternating current motor frequency conversion.Finally,explore the efficiency improvement path of the lifting system,can effectively ensure the efficiency of the lifting system of the module rig by equiping the double driller operating system,improving the slurry conveying system of the module rig and improving the automation level of the module rig.
