城市轨道交通蓄电池工程车制动模式研究

摘要
厦门地铁 1~3 号线均采用由中车株洲电力机车有限公司生产的ZER3 型蓄电池工程车,制动系统均采用DK-2 型.1 号线和 2 号线蓄电池工程车制动系统选用空电混合制动模式,该模式下使用单独制动控制器(又称小闸制动)时,空电混合制动功能自动介入,但是使用自动制动控制器(又称大闸制动)时,不具备电制动集成介入功能.3 号线蓄电池工程车制动系统属于空电联合制动模式,该模式下不论是大闸制动还是小闸制动,均具备电制动介入功能.
Abstract
Xiamen Metro Line 1~3 adopt ZER3 battery engineering cars produced by CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Co.,Ltd.,and the braking system adopts DK-2.The braking system of the battery engineering vehicle of Line 1 and Line 2 adopts the air-electric hybrid braking mode.In this mode,when a separate brake controller is used(also known as small brake brake),the air-electric hybrid brake function automatically intervenes,but when the automatic brake controller is used(referred to as gate brake),there is no electric brake integrated intervention function.The braking system of Line 3 battery engineering vehicle belongs to the air-electric combined braking mode,which has the electric braking intervention function whether it is the main brake or the small brake.
