摘要
随着煤矿产业的不断发展,煤矿机电设备的种类逐渐增多,电气元件对于保障煤矿机电设备的正常运行至关重要.基于此,首先论述煤矿机电设备的电气元件,明确其种类、故障及维修需求等.其次,探讨了电气元件的维修与更换技术的流程与要点.最后,结合煤矿机电设备电气元件的特点,分析了电气元件维修与更换的安全考虑,从而为机电设备的正常运行提供技术支持.
Abstract
With the continuous development of the coal mine industry,the types of mechanical and electrical equipment are gradually increasing,and electrical components are crucial to ensure the normal operation of mechanical and electrical equipment.Based on this,the paper first discusses the electrical components of coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment,and defines its types,faults and maintenance requirements.Secondly,the process and key points of maintenance and replacement technology of electrical components are discussed.Finally,according to the characteristics of electrical components of electromechanical equipment in coal mine,the safety considerations of maintenance and replacement of electrical components are analyzed,so as to provide technical support for the normal operation of electromechanical equipment.
