Research on Segmented Stacking Assembly Method for Multi-Stage Compressor Rotors Based on Coaxiality Optimization
The compressor rotor assembly optimization technology is to control the concentricity and initial unbalance of the rotor by optimizing the installation angle between the rotor components.Based on the stack measurement data of multistage compressor rotor components,the piecewise stack assembly method is used to verify the assembly technology of rotor components to optimize the coaxiality,thus improving the assembly quality of rotor components.
