Design and Analysis of Partial Reconstruction of Gantry Crane Elephant Nose Beam
In order to raise the lifting height and prolong the service life,the gantry crane's elephant nose beam is partially modified and designed.This paper briefly analyzes the scope of application and structural characteristics of gantry crane,and puts forward some suggestions for local transformation design based on the traditional trunk beam shackle connection mode,pulley block style and box beam structure,and creates favorable local transformation design conditions by constructing simulation analysis model,objectively evaluating fatigue life and setting performance test experiments.Ensure that the gantry crane with elephant nose beam can meet the safety operation requirements after the renovation.
