摘要
随着工业自动化的发展,高效且准确的设备监控技术逐渐受到重视.在电力系统中,换流阀作为关键组件,其温度监测对于系统的稳定运行至关重要.基于此,文章探讨红外测温技术在换流阀温度监测中的应用及其优势.一方面,分析红外测温技术的原理和不同应用场景的需求;另一方面,展示红外测温技术在实际工业环境中的适用性和高效性.研究结果表明,应用红外测温技术能够更准确、实时地监测温度数据,对于预防设备故障和优化维护计划具有重要价值.
Abstract
With the development of industrial automation,efficient and accurate equipment monitoring technology has been paid more and more attention.In the power system,converter valve is a key component,and its temperature monitoring is very important for the stable operation of the system.Based on this,this paper discusses the application and advantages of infrared temperature measurement technology in temperature monitoring of converter valve.On the one hand,the principle of infrared temperature measurement technology and the requirements of different application scenarios are analyzed.On the other hand,it shows the applicability and high efficiency of infrared temperature measurement technology in actual industrial environment.The results show that the application of infrared temperature measurement technology can monitor temperature data more accurately and in real time,which is of great value for preventing equipment failure and optimizing maintenance plan.
