Optimization Study on Operation of Steam Engine Thermodynamic System in Power Plant
Taking the steam engine thermal system of power plant as the object,several optimization factors to ensure the efficient operation of the system are deeply analyzed.By combining theory and practice,the matching improvement of turbine and generator set is discussed,and the energy conversion efficiency is improved.The study shows that energy consumption can be significantly reduced and operational stability enhanced through detailed energy efficiency optimization of the turbine thermal system,including unit energy efficiency,drainage system,shaft seal system and auxiliary steam system.In the aspect of system operation,the optimization of unit starting process and the improvement of air pump starting strategy are emphasized,which improves the response speed and reliability of the whole system.
