为有效判断电气设备所处的状态,在设备出现故障前进行预警,提出以数据流检测技术为基础的状态监测方法.首先,在解析监测任务的基础上搭建任务数据身份标识号码(Identity Document,ID)集合.其次,借助数据抵达频率拟合数据和发送时间的差值频率,构造时延概率密度函数,并以窗口缓冲数据数量为标准分配滑动窗口,实现状态数据上传、丢弃或分类.最后,以时延概率密度函数为基础搭建界定滑窗规格的计算式,判断现有数据流的状态监测情况,拟合邻近中心的2个核函数估计数据流密度,以拟合误差值判断设备状态监测.从仿真结果来看,所提方法在频率波动变化时能够精准判断出异常波动,且监测准确率较高.
Research on Condition Monitoring Methods of Electrical Equipment
In order to effectively judge the state of electrical equipment and give early warning before equipment failure,a condition monitoring method based on data flow detection technology is proposed.First,the task data Identity Document(ID)set is built on the basis of parsing the monitoring task.Secondly,the delay probability density function is constructed by fitting the difference frequency between the data and the transmission time with the help of the data arrival frequency,and the sliding window is allocated according to the number of window buffer data to realize the uploading,discarding or classification of state data.Finally,based on the delay probability density function,a formula was built to define the sliding window specification to judge the status monitoring of the existing data flow,and the two kernel functions of the neighboring center were fitted to estimate the data flow density,and the device status monitoring was judged by the fitting error value.According to the simulation results,the proposed method can accurately identify abnormal fluctuations when the frequency fluctuations change,and the monitoring accuracy is high.
