Research on Common Faults and Solutions of Domestic High Power Inverter
The 3 sets of 25 000 kVA domestic Rong Xin frequency converter used in the West-East gas transmission three-line Yongchang pressurized gas station have caused various types of faults in operation since they were put into use due to the quality of external power supply and the characteristics of the product itself,which affects the normal operation of the natural gas pipeline system.Based on the in-depth analysis of the field equipment failure,this paper puts forward some countermeasures from the hardware and software level to deal with and prevent the inverter failure and improve the reliability of domestic high-power inverter.
