Selection and Stability Analysis of Industrial Drive Steam Turbine Bearings
This article introduces the working mechanism and main structure of common bearings in industrial drive steam turbines.By introducing the main uses and application characteristics of steam turbines in the field of industrial drive,it further discusses their main differences from conventional power generation steam turbines in terms of working speed and variable operating conditions.And the reasons for bearing instability and how to determine the stability of bearings were discussed from the aspects of basic principles,bearing static characteristics,and oil film dynamic performance analysis.At the same time,combined with the main working characteristics of industrial driven steam turbines,corresponding bearing performance analysis and guidance opinions for bearing selection were provided.
