Research on Repair of High Speed Hydraulic Dynamometer
The high-speed hydraulic dynamometer is an important equipment for turboshaft engine test benches.Due to long-term overload operation,this equipment has experienced frequent failures in recent years.The article mainly studies the assembly technology and component repair technology of high-speed hydraulic dynamometer,such as the study of the fit between bearings and bearing seats and shafts,and the repair of bearing seats and shafts;In the case of severe wear and tear on the sealing ring(sealing liner)of the water chamber of the dynamometer,repair of the sealing liner;Repair of bearing lubrication and sealing structures(grate teeth and front and rear sealing bushings)and corresponding damaged parts;Dynamometer assembly process.This study aims to provide useful reference and guidance for the maintenance of high-speed hydraulic dynamometer through in-depth analysis.
