Analysis of Setting Pressure of Safety Valves on Boilers and Pressure Vessels
In this paper,the setting pressure of safety valve on boiler and pressure vessel is deeply discussed.Firstly,the working principle of safety valve and the definition of setting pressure are described.Secondly,the relationship between the design pressure and the setting pressure of the pressure vessel and boiler is discussed in detail,and the importance of selecting the setting pressure correctly and the possible problems caused by the wrong selection are revealed through the relevant tests.Finally,the method of detecting the setting pressure of the safety valve and verifying the maintenance of the safety valve is put forward,and the treatment of the unqualified safety valve is discussed,which provides a theoretical basis for ensuring the safe operation of the pressure equipment.
