Design and Analysis of the Third Generation High Speed Balance Sorter
The balance sorter has become a commonly used sorting equipment in logistics warehousing and distribution centers because of its small demand for sites and low purchase and maintenance costs.In recent years,the technology of balance sorter has been continuously iterated and its performance has been continuously optimized,and it has now developed to the third generation of products.This paper takes the third generation high speed balance sorter developed by itself as the object,firstly describes its technical parameters and working principle,secondly analyzes the design of conveying components and rotating components in detail,and finally illustrates the application effect of the third generation sorter combined with practical projects.
