摘要
燃气用具连接用软管作为重要的燃气配件产品,其质量安全是城乡燃气安全管理的重要组成.研发的燃气用具连接用软管气密性检验装置主要用于软管气密性检验,包括软管抗拉性、弯曲性、耐冲击性以及抗扭转性等检验.通过自动化设计,该装置实现了检测结果的自动判断,提高了检验质效.同时,小型化、轻量化使设备便于携带,可在现场随时测量,解决家用燃气用管产品现场检验的需求.
Abstract
As an important gas accessory product,the quality and safety of hose for gas appliance connection is an important component of urban and rural gas safety management.The developed hose air tightness test device for gas appliance connection is mainly used for hose air tightness test,including hose tensile,bending,impact resistance and torsion resistance.Through the automatic design,the automatic judgment of the test result is realized,and the quality and efficiency of the test are improved.At the same time,miniaturization and lightweight make the equipment easy to carry and can be measured at any time on the spot,solving the needs of on-site inspection of household gas pipe products.
