Research on Intelligent Manufacturing Process Optimization with the Assistance of Industrial Robots
With the development of manufacturing industry,intelligent manufacturing has gradually become an important means to improve production efficiency and product quality.As the key technology of intelligent manufacturing,robot technology plays an increasingly important role in manufacturing process.Intelligent manufacturing process optimization assisted by robots can improve the flexibility,efficiency and quality of manufacturing process.This paper analyzes the application of industrial robot technology in intelligent manufacturing process optimization,discusses the demand of intelligent manufacturing process optimization,and puts forward the process optimization method assisted by industrial robot.By applying these methods,the manufacturing process can achieve finer and more flexible control,thereby improving production efficiency and product quality.
