摘要
煤矿机电设备在煤矿生产中扮演着重要角色,其中的液压系统是设备的核心部分,其稳定运行对于提高生产效率、确保工作安全至关重要.文章对煤矿机电设备液压系统进行论述,明确其工作原理和组成,在此基础上探讨液压系统的常见故障,主要包括压力不稳定或压力过高、泄漏问题以及阀门和执行元件故障等,并结合煤矿机电设备液压系统的特点提出针对性的维护技术,进而为液压系统的安全稳定运行提供可靠保障.
Abstract
Coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment plays a important role in coal mine production,among which the hydraulic system is the core part of the equipment,its stable operation is very important to improve production efficiency and ensure work safety.This paper discusses the hydraulic system of coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment,defines its working principle and composition,and discusses the common faults of the hydraulic system on this basis,mainly including pressure instability or excessive pressure,leakage problems,valves and actuator failures,etc.,and puts forward targeted maintenance technology based on the characteristics of the hydraulic system of coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment.Then it provides reliable guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the hydraulic system.
