摘要
催化烟机在日常运行中振动值突升导致主风机联锁停机.通过逐一分析影响烟机振动的各种因素,查找出问题出现的原因,制定机组操作指南.经烟机解体检修后确认,此次烟机故障原因为拉杆断裂,为类似故障处理提供了经验.
Abstract
The sudden rise of the vibration value of the catalytic smoke machine in daily operation leads to the interlocking shutdown of the main fan.By analyzing the various factors that affect the vibration of the smoker one by one,the cause of the problem is found out,and the operation guide of the unit is formulated.After the smoke machine disassembly and inspection,it is confirmed that the cause of the smoke machine failure is the fracture of the tie rod.This study provides experience for similar fault handling in the future.
