船舶用5NiCrMoV钢锻件热处理工艺研究

针对采用电渣重熔+锻造成型方式制造的船舶用5NiCrMoV钢120 mm壁厚锻件,通过600℃、620℃、640℃、660℃的回火热处理温度,研究锻件的力学性能与组织状态的变化规律,确定适用于 120 mm壁厚5NiCrMoV钢锻件的热处理工艺.结果表明,120 mm壁厚锻件淬火温度采用 875℃±5℃,回火温度采用620℃±5℃,调质后可获得晶粒均匀的回火马氏体与粒状贝氏体组织,表面与心部的各项力学性能可满足标准要求,且低温韧性储备量大,综合使用性能良好.
Study on Heat Treatment Process of 5NiCrMoV Steel Forgings for Ships
According to the 120mm wall thickness forgings of 5NiCrMoV steel manufactured by electroslag remelting + forging,the mechanical properties and microstructure of the forgings were studied by using different tempering temperatures of 600℃,620℃,640℃and 660℃.The optimum heat treatment process for 5NiCrMoV steel forgings with 120 mm wall thickness is determined.The results show that the quenching temperature of 120 mm wall thickness forging is 875℃±5℃,and the tempering temperature is 620℃±5℃.After quenched-tempered heat treatment,the tempered martensite and granular bainite microstructure with uniform grains can be obtained.The mechanical properties of the surface and the core can meet the standard requirements,and the low temperature toughness margin is large,and the comprehensive performance is good.
