摘要
随着科技的不断进步,自动化控制仪表广泛应用于石油化工生产装置,有效提高了装置的监控管理水平,确保了装置的稳定运行.但在长时间的运行过程中,自动化仪表难免会遇到各种故障,从而影响整个生产流程,甚至对生产安全和设备寿命造成不可忽视的影响.深入探讨石油化工自动化仪表的常见故障及维护技术,旨在为从业人员提供更全面、系统的故障排除和维护知识,确保自动化系统的稳定运行.
Abstract
With the continuous progress of science and technology,automatic control instruments have been widely used in petrochemical production equipment,which effectively improves the monitoring and management level of the device and ensures the stable operation of device.However,in the long-term operation process,automatic instruments will inevitably encounter various failures,which will affect the entire production process,and even have a non-negligible impact on production safety and equipment life.This paper will deeply discuss the common faults and maintenance technology of petrochemical automation instrument,aiming at providing practitioners with more comprehensive and systematic troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge to ensure the stable operation of automation system.
