摘要

基于物联网数控的机械机电自动化控制系统要求将传感器、执行器及通信模块等设备互联,控制机械机电设备运行状态监测、生产流程控制以及运行数据.基于此,分析基于物联网数控的机械机电自动化控制系统的设计需求、框架等,从软件和硬件两个维度分析自动化控制系统的设计.

Abstract

The mechanical electromechanical automation control system based on Internet of Things computer number control requires the interconnection of sensors,actuators,and communication modules to monitor the operating status of mechanical electromechanical equipment,control production processes,and control operating data.The article analyzes the design of a mechanical electromechanical automation control system based on IoT computer number control,and analyzes the design requirements and framework.Analyzed the design of automation control systems from both software and hardware dimensions.
