机械加工智能制造生产线控制系统的设计与实现

目前,我国的制造业正朝着智能化、高端化的方向转型,智能制造生产线已经成为企业研究的重点.但是,通过分析发现,部分中小型制造企业在设备、零件加工过程中,存在生产成本较高、智能化程度较低的问题,给企业发展带来一定的负面影响.基于此,文章以加工组合件为例,设计一种基于以太网工业协议(Ethernet Industrial Protocol,Ethernet/IP)的智能制造生产线控制系统.该控制系统在实际运作过程中能够通过程序自动化控制各个生产线,后期操控较为简单,具有较高的性价比,可在机械加工制造业中获得良好的应用效果.
Design and Implementation of Intelligent Manufacturing Production Line Control System for Machining
At present,China's manufacturing industry is moving towards the direction of intelligent and high-end transformation,intelligent manufacturing production lines have become the focus of enterprise research.However,through the analysis,it is found that some small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in the process of equipment and parts processing,there are problems of high production costs and low intelligence,which have a certain negative impact on the development of enterprises.Based on this,this paper takes the processing assembly as an example to design an intelligent manufacturing production line control system based on Ethernet Industrial Protocol(Ethernet/IP).The control system can automatically control each production line through the program in the actual operation process,the later control is relatively simple,has a high cost performance,and can obtain good application results in the machining manufacturing industry.
