Based on the analysis of relevant technical requirements in the hull construction process of the 100 000 ton deep water semi-submersible production oil storage platform,the paper makes a detailed analysis of key processes in the construction process such as steel structure rod cutting size control,fatigue node prefabrication control,scaffolding auxiliary erection,precision management in the construction process,and difficulties in the hull pipeline assembly process,and summarizes effective control suggestions.It provides valuable experience for the subsequent construction of similar floating body products.
