航空发动机试车台是对航空发动机进行综合试验研究和生产试车的重要设备,试车台排气系统可将发动机产生的高温、高速燃气排入大气中.为解决航空发动机试车台多方位排气引射系统排气不畅的问题,采用Fluent软件对改造设计的排气引射系统进行建模和气动分析,通过气动分析验证排气引射系统设计的可行性,对该发动机其他型号排气引射系统的研制以及其他多方位排气引射系统的应用具有理论指导作用和实际意义.
Multi Directional Exhaust Injection System for Aircraft Engine Test Bench Design and Analysis
The aircraft engine test bench is an important facility for comprehensive experimental research and production testing of aircraft engines.The exhaust system of the test bench is used to discharge the high temperature and high-speed gas generated by the engine into the atmospheric environment.In order to solve the problem of poor exhaust in the multi-directional exhaust injection system of the aircraft engine test bench,Fluent software was used to model and perform aerodynamic analysis on the modified exhaust injection system.The feasibility of this exhaust injection system design was verified through aerodynamic analysis,it has theoretical guidance and practical significance for the development of exhaust injection systems for other models of the engine and the application of other multi-directional exhaust injection systems.
