低熔点合金熔模制作叶轮石膏芯的工艺研究

摘要
设计制作了分块配合的低熔点合金叶片模具,使用合适的工艺参数进行浇注,获得了表面质量良好的低熔点合金叶片.设计方便叶片装配的石膏芯模具,并结合高温熔模方式得到一体成型的叶轮石膏芯,保证了叶片精度和石膏芯表面质量,从而确保了叶轮铸造精度和铸件质量.
Abstract
In order to achieve low melting point alloy blades with good surface quality,a segmented mold and casting process were designed and manufactured.An integrated impeller plaster core obtained through an easily assembled mold and high temperature melting process improves the surface quality of the plaster core while also ensuring blade accuracy and casting quality.
