Research on the Process of Manufacturing Impeller Plaster Core with Low Melting Point Alloy Investment Mold
In order to achieve low melting point alloy blades with good surface quality,a segmented mold and casting process were designed and manufactured.An integrated impeller plaster core obtained through an easily assembled mold and high temperature melting process improves the surface quality of the plaster core while also ensuring blade accuracy and casting quality.
