多功能家禽散养巡检车模型的行走、捡拾模块设计与应用

为改善传统养殖现状,提高农村畜牧养殖科学管理水平,设计一款多功能家禽散养巡检车,该系统具备智能巡检、智能感知、禽蛋捡拾、视觉识别及全地形适应等功能和特点.模拟散养场景对模型车行驶、捡拾等功能进行测试,结果表明,可以基本实现禽蛋智能捡拾,且漏捡率低,巡检车运行速度稳定,平均漏捡率小于7.7%,巡检车最高行驶速度可达145 cm·s-1.
Design and Application of Walking and Picking Module of Multi-functional Poultry Free-range Patrol Vehicle Model
In order to improve the current situation of traditional breeding and enhance the scientific management level of rural livestock breeding,a multi-functional poultry free-range patrol vehicle was designed.The system has functions and features such as intelligent patrol,intelligent perception,egg pickup,visual recognition and all-terrain adaptation.The test results of the driving and picking function of the model car in the simulated free-range rearing scene show that the intelligent picking function of poultry eggs can be basically realized,and the comprehensive missing rate is less than 7.7%.The average speed of the inspection vehicle is 145 cm·s-1.
