复合式秸秆粉碎机的设计与研究

摘要
秸秆粉碎是秸秆利用过程中至关重要的一环,其粉碎质量会影响后期的燃料化.为更好地利用秸秆资源,提高粉碎效率及质量,解决秸秆粉碎机传统粉碎装置出现的粉碎效率低、粉碎物料适用性差、使用寿命低等问题,设计一款复合式秸秆粉碎机.文章介绍了机器的整体结构设计方案和关键装置的结构,并对喂料辊进行结构优化,以适应用户对秸秆粉碎的需求.设计的复合式秸秆粉碎机能够减轻劳动强度,提高粉碎效率,降低生产成本,大幅提高了秸秆利用率.
Abstract
Straw comminution is a crucial part in the process of straw utilization,and its comminution quality will affect the later fuelization.In order to make better use of straw resources and solve the problems of low crushing efficiency,poor applicability of crushing materials and low service life in the traditional crushing device of straw shredder,a composite straw shredder is designed to improve the crushing efficiency and quality.This paper introduces the overall structure design of the machine and the structure of the key device,and optimizes the structure of the feed roller to meet the needs of users for straw crushing.The designed compound straw crusher can reduce the labor intensity,improve the crushing efficiency,reduce the production cost,and greatly improve the utilization rate of straw.
