Study on Wettability of Alumina Based Network Texture Coating
In order to solve the problem of mud coating on the bit surface of Polycrystalline Diamond Compact(PDC),an alumina based textured coating was designed.Through the contact angle test, the influence of laser process parameters on the wettability of the surface of the alumina-based reticulated textured coating was studied. The wetting state of droplets on the surface of the textured coating was analyzed based on the contact angle theory, and the anti-mud adhesion effect of the textured coating surface was tested by the indoor dynamic anti-adhesion evaluation test. The results show that the droplet on the textured surface is in the compound wetting state, and the droplet in the Cassie-Baxter contact state tends to transition to the Wenzel contact state. The surface adhesion of the textured AT13 coating is reduced by 29.7%compared with that of the substrate.
