工程机械履带板断裂失效原因分析

某工程机械用履带板在使用过程中发生早期断裂.为探究其失效原因,进行宏观断口形貌分析和ANSYS有限元仿真分析,利用直读光谱仪、金相显微镜、扫描电镜来观察断口的微观组织及夹杂物,采用拉伸试验机与冲击试验机来检测断裂履带板的力学性能.结果表明:履带板断裂处存在尺寸较大的非金属夹杂物,严重破坏了钢材基体的连续性,使履带板局部产生应力集中,在主机工作交变应力作用下萌生裂纹并扩展,最终因强度不足而发生早期断裂失效.
Failure Reason Analysis of Track Plate Fracture of Construction Machinery
In order to explore the cause of failure,macro fracture morphology and ANSYS finite element simulation analysis were carried out.Direct reading spectrometer,metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope were used to observe the microstructure and inclusions of the fracture.Tensile testing machine and impact testing machine were used to detect the mechanical properties of the broken track plate.The results showed that there were large non-metallic inclusions in the fracture of the track shoe,which seriously destroy the continuity of the steel matrix and cause local stress concentration of the track plate.Under the action of the alternating stress of the main engine,cracks are generated and spread,and finally early fracture failure occurs due to insufficient strength.
