基于CFD仿真的调节阀流动特性分析

调节阀在流体输送系统中得到了广泛应用.带阀笼的调节阀不同于传统的调节阀,其流体经过阀笼流出,阀笼的通流形状和面积对调节阀的流动特性起着至关重要的作用.为研究调节阀阀笼的流动特性,采用计算流体动力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)仿真技术,建立调节阀模型,对调节阀阀笼进行数值仿真.研究表明:增大阀笼的通流面积有助于减小阀门的进出口压差;多边形阀笼有助于减小阀门的进出口压差.本研究为调节阀阀笼的结构设计和优化提供了重要理论依据.
Analysis of Flow Characteristics of Regulating Valve Based on CFD Simulation
Regulating valves have been widely used in fluid conveying systems.The regulating valve with valve cage is different from the traditional regulating valve,its fluid flows out through the valve cage,and the flow shape and area of the valve cage play a crucial role in the flow characteristics of the regulating valve.In order to study the Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)simulation technology,the valve model is established and the valve cage is numerically simulated.The results show that increasing the flow area of the valve cage is helpful to reduce the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the valve.The results show that increasing the flow area of the valve cage is helpful to reduce the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet and the polygonal valve cage can also help reduce the pressure difference of the valve.The polygonal cage also helps to reduce the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the valve.This study provides an important theoretical basis for the structural design and optimization of regulating valve cage.
