Optimization of Hydrogen Sulfide Corrosion Resistance of Screws on Logging Instrument
This paper introduces the source and corrosion mechanism of hydrogen sulfide gas in logging operation,analyzes the harm of hydrogen bulge and stress corrosion,and causes of screw breakage.In order to avoid being corroded by hydrogen sulfide and improve its resistance to hydrogen sulfide corrosion,the material of the screw is changed from 0Cr18Ni9 to MP35N according to the corrosion mechanism and from two aspects of chemical composition and metallographic structure.
