基于热对流和微波效应的地铁站雨伞快干装置

针对当前我国地铁站内潮湿雨伞污染地面、沾湿衣物等问题,设计一种基于热对流和微波效应的雨伞快干装置.该装置利用热风干燥、微波效应和冷风相结合的方式,实现雨伞快干(约为 12 s).所设计的传送机构能够实现全自动快干,配合凹凸型湿伞放置箱,满足不同型号雨伞自由放置的需求,大大提高行人干燥湿伞的积极性.此外,底层温气能够使湿裤脚、湿鞋快干,二次回风和冷凝装置能够实现节电节水效果.
A Rapid Drying Umbrella Device for Subway Stations Based on Thermal Convection and Microwave Effects
Aiming at the problems of wet umbrellas polluting the ground and wetting clothes in subway stations in China,a kind of umbrella quick drying device based on heat convection and microwave effect was designed.The device uses a combination of hot air drying,microwave effect and cold air to achieve fast drying of the umbrella(about 12 s).The designed transfer mechanism can realize automatic fast drying,with the concave and convex wet umbrella placing box,and meet the needs of different types of umbrellas free placement,and greatly improve the enthusiasm of pedestrians drying wet umbrellas.In addition,the bottom temperature can make wet pants feet and wet shoes dry quickly,and the secondary return air and condensing device can realize the effect of saving electricity and water.
