煤矿带式输送机中智能化关键技术的应用

摘要
煤矿带式输送机是煤炭生产中的关键设备,能够提高矿井生产效率.传统的煤炭带式输送机结构复杂、控制受限,难以有效应对生产挑战,容易引发安全事故,因此实现煤矿带式输送机智能化已经势在必行.基于此,简要探讨煤矿带式输送机的工作原理,分析煤矿带式输送机驱动复杂、存在安全隐患、管控落后的应用现状,有针对性地提出智能化关键技术的应用措施,以期为相关工作者提供参考.
Abstract
Coal mine belt conveyor is the key equipment in coal production,which can improve the efficiency of mine production.Because of the complex mechanical structure and limited control of the traditional coal mine belt conveyor,it is difficult to effectively respond to production challenges and easy to cause safety accidents,so it is imperative to realize the intelligent coal mine belt conveyor.Based on this,the paper briefly discusses the working principle of the belt conveyor in coal mine,analyzes the application status of the belt conveyor in coal mine with complex drive,hidden safety risks and backward control,and puts forward the application measures of intelligent key technologies in order to provide reference for related workers.
