摘要
以农机刀具刃口的强化需求为研究基础,对刃口类农机刀具的工业机器人激光熔覆装备及材料工艺进行研究与开发,实现了农机刀具刃口的批量强化加工,有效提高了农业机械核心零部件的耐磨与耐腐蚀性能,助力农业发展.此外,针对农机行业的激光熔覆装备及工艺,提出合理化建议及应用发展方向.
Abstract
Based on the strengthening demand of the cutting edge of agricultural machinery tools,the research and development of the industrial robot laser cladding equipment and material technology of the cutting edge of agricultural machinery tools have been carried out,and the batch strengthening processing of the cutting edge of agricultural machinery has been realized,effectively improving the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the core parts of agricultural machinery,and helping agricultural development.Finally,for the laser cladding equipment and technology of agricultural machinery industry,reasonable suggestions and application development direction are put forward.
