摘要
现代工业的快速发展对焊接质量的要求越来越高,而焊缝缺陷严重影响产品的使用性能和安全性.为实现高效和精确的焊缝缺陷检测,新型无损检测技术应运而生.以新型无损检测技术为切入点,分析超声波检测、涡流检测、射线检测、渗透检测和磁粉检测等技术在焊缝缺陷检验中的应用,并介绍各技术的原理、检测方法和优势,旨在为提高焊缝质量和检测效率提供技术支持.
Abstract
The rapid development of modern industry has higher and higher requirements for welding quality,and weld defects seriously affect the performance and safety of products.In order to realize efficient and accurate weld defect detection,new non-destructive testing technology has emerged.Based on the new non-destructive testing technology,the application of ultrasonic testing,eddy current testing,X-ray testing,penetration testing and magnetic particle testing in weld defect inspection is analyzed,and the principles,detection methods and advantages of each technology are introduced,aiming to provide technical support for improving weld quality and testing efficiency.
