摘要
圆坯连铸机凝固装置的安装质量直接影响铸机生产质量,因此该装置的安装精度要求较高.以六机六流连铸机凝固装置的安装为例,从设备基础打磨与加垫、设备底座安装、设备安装找平找正 3 个方面进行论述,在不同阶段采用不同方法进行找平找正,以满足连铸设备的高精度安装要求.
Abstract
The installation quality of solidification device of round billet continuous casting machine directly affects the production quality of the casting machine,so the installation precision of the device is high.Taking the installation of solidification device of six-machine six-flow continuous casting machine as an example,the paper discusses three aspects of equipment foundation grinding and padding,equipment base installation and equipment installation leveling and leveling.Different methods are adopted in different stages to meet the high precision installation requirements of continuous casting equipment.
