基于STM32单片机的工频空压机改造及其节能控制系统设计

工频空气压缩机(以下简称工频空压机)因不能调整电动机的转速而无法调节气体输出量,在负荷变动较大时,易造成能源浪费.因此,基于STM32 单片机,设计一套空压机多机控制系统(包括变频机、工频机),对工频空压机进行变频改造,并利用物联网实现远程数据采集、控制及数据保存等功能,以减少压缩空气的浪费,提高电能的利用率.
Design of Energy Saving Control System of Power Frequency Air Compressor Based on STM32 Single Chip Microcomputer
The power frequency air compressor cannot adjust the gas output because it cannot adjust the speed of the motor,and it is easy to cause energy waste when the load changes greatly.Therefore,based on STM32 single chip microcomputer,a set of air compressor multi-machine control system(including frequency converter and power frequency machine)is designed,frequency conversion transformation of power frequency air compressor is carried out,and remote data acquisition,control and data preservation functions are realized by using the Internet of Things to reduce the waste of compressed air and improve the utilization rate of electric energy.
