摘要
回转式空气预热器(以下简称回转式空预器)广泛应用于热能设备的热交换过程,主要功能是提高锅炉热效率并减少相关化石能源的消耗,进而减少环境污染.但是,回转式空预器在旋转过程中易受到机械磨损等物理因素的影响,产生漏风现象,进而导致燃煤锅炉热效率下降、燃料消耗增加.因此,针对漏风问题进行研究,解决当前阻碍回转式空预器发展的相关问题.
Abstract
The rotary air preheater is widely used in the heat exchange process of thermal energy equipment,and its main function is to improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler and reduce the consumption of related fossil energy,thereby reducing environmental pollution.However,the rotary air preheater is susceptible to mechanical wear and other physical factors in the process of rotation,resulting in air leakage phenomenon,which leads to the decrease of thermal efficiency and the increase of fuel consumption of coal-fired boilers.Therefore,the problem of air leakage is studied to solve the related problems that hinder the development of rotary air preheater.
