摘要
基于柔性形状沉积制造(Shape Deposition Manufacturing,SDM)系统中各工序的功能和特性,结合现有的设备及技术,深入探讨了该系统中主要工序的设备,给出了相应的设备形式及结构,并分析了它们的工作过程及特点.此外,对这些设备进行了适应性改造,使其适用于柔性SDM系统.
Abstract
Based on the functions and characteristics of each process in the Shape Deposition Manufacturing(SDM)system,combined with the existing equipment and technology,the main process equipment in the system is discussed in depth,the corresponding equipment form and structure are given,and their working process and characteristics are analyzed.In addition,these devices have been adapted to make them suitable for flexible SDM systems.
