摘要
智能仓储装备是"中国制造 2025"重点发展领域之一.由于自动穿梭立库尤其是四向穿梭自动立库优势明显,已广泛应用.因此,进一步提高系统的优势,降低其建设成本,提高运行效率变得尤为重要.以智慧密集仓储系统的相关理论为基础,以智能自动仓储系统中四向穿梭车的市场需求为依据,结合智能自动仓储系统建造的经济性分析,设计了四向穿梭车的整体超薄结构,优化了其智能控制系统.通过设计和优化,四向穿梭车车身厚度减少了20%,建设成本降低了30%,整体通行效率提高了30%以上.
Abstract
Intelligent storage equipment is one of the key development areas of"Made in China 2025".Automatic shuttle database,especially four-way shuttle database,has been widely used because of its obvious advantages.Therefore,it is particularly important to further improve the advantages of the system,reduce its construction cost and improve its operation efficiency.Based on the relevant theories of intelligent dense storage system and the market demand of four-way shuttle in intelligent automatic storage system,combined with the economic analysis of intelligent automatic storage system construction,the overall ultra-thin structure of four-way shuttle is designed and its intelligent control system is optimized.Through design and optimization,the four-way shuttle body thickness is reduced by 20%,the construction cost is reduced by 30%,and the overall traffic efficiency is increased by more than 30%.
