M701F4燃气轮机轴承振动异常分析及处理

相较于蒸汽轮机,燃气轮机只有轴承振动测点、润滑油温度测点,缺少轴向位移、胀差等测点,导致燃气轮机机组出现异常振动时,故障原因排查困难,一般在短时间内难以找到振动发生的诱因,且故障诊断准确率低,但出现故障的偶然性很大.基于此,以M701F4 燃气轮机轴承振动异常为研究对象,首先分析了轴振动测量的作用与M701F4 燃气轮机的轴承配置,其次剖析振动异常的原因及检查结果,最后提出了轴承振动异常的预防措施,旨在更好地发挥M701F4燃气轮机轴承的性能,提高其运作效率.
Analysis and Handling of Abnormal Vibration of M701F4 Gas Turbine Bearings
Compared with steam turbines,gas turbines only have bearing vibration measurement points and lubricating oil temperature measurement points,and lack axial displacement,differential expansion and other measurement points.As a result,when abnormal vibration occurs in gas turbine units,it is difficult to investigate the cause of the fault.Generally,it is difficult to find the cause of vibration in a short period of time,and the fault diagnosis accuracy is low,but the chance of failure is large.Based on this,taking M701F4 gas turbine bearing vibration anomaly as the research object,the function of shaft vibration measurement and bearing configuration of M701F4 gas turbine are firstly analyzed,then the causes of abnormal vibration and inspection results are analyzed in detail,and finally the preventive measures for abnormal bearing vibration are proposed,aiming to better exert the performance of M701F4 gas turbine bearing.Improve its operational efficiency.
