摘要
为全面提升东风4DD型内燃机车用增压器的应用效益,延长其使用寿命,采用理论与实践相结合的方式,对以 16V240ZJ型号为代表的柴油机增压器、喷油器运行原理以及常见故障进行分析.研究发现,在使用过程中,除了增压器、喷油泵和喷油器自身的故障外,气缸盖与活塞、增压器元件质量、油封质量、机油以及热交换器等各处的隐患均有可能影响喷油器的运行质量.为此,提出若干应对策略,以有效降低内燃机车增压器喷油器发生故障的概率.
Abstract
In order to improve the application benefit and service life of Dongfeng 4DD diesel engine supercharger,the operation principle and common faults of 16V240ZJ diesel supercharger and fuel injector are analyzed by combining theory and practice.The study found that in the process of use,in addition to the failure of the supercharger,injection pump and injector itself,the hidden dangers of the cylinder head and piston,the quality of the supercharger component,the quality of the oil seal,the oil and the heat exchanger may affect the operating quality of the injector.Therefore,some countermeasures are put forward to effectively reduce the probability of diesel engine supercharger injector failure.
