基于CATIA和VERICUT的五轴加工碰撞分析与刀路优化研究

在CATIA和VERICUT软件结合的背景下,相关企业为顺利开展五轴加工碰撞工作,实现刀路优化,基于平台实行相应的飞机结构件加工、建模及仿真等工作,形成一个完整的数控加工链,使数字控制(Numerical Control,NC)程序与VERICUT软件都能得到优化.基于此,结合实际首先简要分析了基于CATIA软件的零部件仿真,其次阐述了基于VERICUT的五轴加工碰撞检测,最后提出,刀路优化方案,以期为相关部门的工作提供帮助.
Research on Collision Analysis and Tool Path Optimization in Five Axis Machining Based on CATIA and VERICUT
Under the background of the combination of CATIA and VERICUT software,in order to smoothly carry out the five-axis machining collision work and realize the tool path optimization,the relevant enterprises implement the corresponding aircraft structural parts processing,modeling and simulation based on the platform,forming a complete CNC machining chain,so that the Numerical Control(NC)program and VERICUT software can be optimized.Based on this,combined with the actual situation,this paper firstly briefly analyzed the component simulation based on CATIA software,then expounded the five-axis machining collision detection based on VERICUT,and finally proposed the tool path optimization scheme,in order to provide help for the work of relevant departments.
