摘要

电厂汽轮机的高效运行依赖于良好的真空系统,其中水环式真空泵是真空系统的核心设备之一.在实际运行过程中,真空泵往往会出现真空度降低的问题,直接影响汽轮机的运行效率和电厂的整体安全性.基于此,探讨水环式真空泵真空度降低的主要原因,并提出相应的处理措施及其效果评估方法.通过对真空度降低问题的分析,为电厂汽轮机真空系统的优化提供有价值的参考.

Abstract

The efficient operation of turbine in power plant depends on a good vacuum system,in which water ring vacuum pump is one of the core equipment.In the actual operation process,the vacuum pump often appears the problem of vacuum degree reduction,which directly affects the operating efficiency of the steam turbine and the overall safety of the power plant.Based on this,the main reasons for the decrease of vacuum degree of water ring vacuum pump are discussed,and the corresponding treatment measures and the evaluation method of effect are put forward.Through the analysis of the problem of vacuum degree reduction,the paper provides a valuable reference for the optimization of the vacuum system of steam turbine in power plant.
