摘要
社会的发展需要各行各业的鼎力支持,机械制造产业作为社会发展的中坚力量,在科技发展、技术进步的大环境下生产出了许多高精尖机械设备.为了更好地满足社会发展的需求,有必要加强高精度机械设备的研发与设计,创新加工工艺流程和设计方法.文章以机械设备高精度制造创新设计为研究内容,分析合理化设计高精度机械设备的重要性,从目前我国机械加工产业的发展现状切入,探讨机械加工高精度生产的创新设计方案,以提高机械设备精度水平.
Abstract
The development of society needs the full support of all walks of life,machinery manufacturing industry as the backbone of social development,in the scientific and technological development,technological progress of the environment produced many sophisticated machinery and equipment.In order to better meet the social development,it is necessary to strengthen the research and development and design of high-precision machinery and equipment,and innovate the processing process and design methods.This paper takes the innovative design of high-precision manufacturing of machinery and equipment as the research content,analyzes the importance of rational design of high-precision machinery and equipment,cuts from the current development status of China's machining industry,discusses the innovative design scheme of high-precision production of machinery and equipment,in order to improve the precision level of machinery and equipment.
