摘要
建立航空发动机高低压转子系统中深沟球轴承的拟静力学模型,运用Newton-Raphson法进行求解,分析载荷和转速对深沟球轴承内部载荷分布和球自转规律的影响.结果表明:深沟球轴承在转速不高时,径向力的改变对钢球自转角速度的影响不明显,而在转速较高时,随着径向力的增加,钢球自转速度逐渐增大;随着径向力的增加,承载区最外侧钢球的自转角速度比承载区内侧钢球的自转角速度增幅大;随着转速的增加,钢球的自转角速度增加.
Abstract
The quasi-static model of deep groove ball bearing in aero-engine high and low pressure rotor system was established,and the Newton-Raphson method was used to solve it,and the influence of load and speed on load distribution and ball rotation law of deep groove ball bearing was analyzed.The results show that when the speed of deep groove ball bearing is low,the influence of the radial force on the angular velocity of the ball is not obvious,but when the speed is high,the radial force increases gradually.With the increase of radial force,the angular velocity of the outer steel ball in the bearing zone increases more than that of the inner steel ball in the bearing zone.As the rotational speed increases,the angular velocity of the steel ball increases.
