新型抗冰雪耐候平行集束架空电缆研制

为解决严苛环境下,尤其是北方冰雪环境下,架空线路面临的抗冰雪性能弱、承载能力不足及机械强度低下等问题,设计了新型抗冰雪耐候平行集束架空电缆.采用高强度平行集束结构和抗冰雪设计,导线横断面设计为类机翼结构,绝缘层与连筋在上表面形成相切的平面或微弧形接触面,并将加热元件嵌入连筋下方,有效减少冰雪在导线表面的附着,显著提高了融冰效率.同时,针对圆形导体的局限性,设计了铝合金异形导体及其加工工艺,结合型线分层微压缩绞合技术,将紧压系数提升至 97%以上,外径缩小约 5%,成本节省约1.5%,抗拉强度提高30%以上,显著提升了架空线路在复杂条件下的综合性能.研制的产品为复杂地理环境和气候条件下的电力输送提供了高效、经济且耐用的解决方案,对提升架空线路的整体性能具有重要意义.
Development of a New Type of Ice-Snow Resistant and Weather-Resistant Parallel Bunching Overhead Cable
In order to solve the problems of weak ice and snow resistance,insufficient bearing capacity and low mechanical strength faced by overhead lines in harsh environment,especially in the northern ice and snow environment,a new type of parallel bunched overhead cable with ice and snow resistance and weather resistance is designed.The high-strength parallel bunching structure and ice and snow resistance design are adopted.The cross-sectional design of the wire is a wing-like structure.The high-strength parallel bunching structure and ice and snow resistance design are adopted.The cross-sectional design of thewire is a wing-like structure.The insulation layer and the reinforcement form a tangential planar or micro-arc contact surface on the upper surface,and the heating element is embedded under the reinforcement,which effectively reduces the adhesion degree of the snow and ice on the wire and significantly improves the ice melting efficiency.At the same time,in view of the limitations of the circular conductor,the aluminum alloy shaped conductor and its processing technology are designed.Combined with the micro-compression stranding technology of the profile,the compression coefficient is increased to more than 97%,the outer diameter is reduced by about 5%,the cost savings of about 1.5%,and the tensile strength is increased by more than 30%,which significantly improves the comprehensive performance of the overhead line under complex conditions.The developed product provides an efficient,economical and durable solution for power transmission under complex geographic and climatic conditions,which is of great significance for improving the overall performance of overhead lines.
