摘要
在电力、通信、铁路、石油等行业中,锥形水泥杆是重要的承重构件,因其质量缺陷而产生的断裂和倒塌,会造成较大损害,甚至危及人身安全.文章依托工业自动化和人工智能技术,设计出一个锥形水泥杆智能化自动检测系统.集智能化支撑装夹、弯曲加载和机器视觉高精度检测于一体的锥形水泥杆检测系统,能够消除传统人工检测中的安全隐患,提高检测的精度和效率.
Abstract
In power,communication,railway,oil and other industries,conical cement pole is an important load-bearing component,the breakage and collapse caused by its quality defects,will cause great damage,and even endanger personal safety.Relying on industrial automation and artificial intelligence technology,an intelligent automatic detection system for conical cement pole is designed.The conical cement pole detection system,which integrates intelligent support clamping,bending loading and machine vision high-precision detection,can eliminate the safety hazards in traditional manual detection and improve the accuracy and efficiency of detection.
