基于AML的分布式开放控制系统的虚拟调试技术研究

摘要
目前,制造系统对单件小批量产品生产柔性及智能化要求越来越高,虚拟调试作为数字孪生在工业界的重要应用,通过在虚拟空间中对制造系统进行数字化验证及仿真优化,从而实现实际物理系统一次调试成功.文章研究虚拟调试的体系架构和实现方法,基于自动化标记语言(Automation Markup Language,AML)及IEC 61499 标准实现了生产单元的虚拟调试,并给出实际应用案例.
Abstract
At present,the manufacturing system requires more and more flexibility and intelligence in the production of single small batch products.Virtual debugging,as an important application of digital twin in the industry,realizes the unified debugging of the actual physical system through digital verification and simulation optimization of the manufacturing system in the virtual space.This paper studies the architecture and implementation method of virtual debugging,realizes virtual debugging of production unit based on Automation Markup Language(AML)and IEC 61499 standard,and gives a practical application case.
