摘要
随着国家"智能制造"政策不断深入推进,基于有轨制导车辆(Rail Guided Vehicle,RGV)技术的立体库凭借运行效率高、占用场地面积小等优势,在汽车、医疗、烟草、食品等领域得到了广泛应用.基于此,以某新能源汽车涂装生产线车身立体库为研究对象,分析其主要组成结构及工艺流程,并针对设计方案进行现场试生产验证,符合设计及业主要求,为立体库的设计和应用提供有益参考.
Abstract
With the continuous advancement of the national"intelligent manufacturing"policy,the three-dimensional warehouse based on Rail Guided Vehicle(RGV)technology has been widely used in the fields of automobile,medical,tobacco,food and other fields with its advantages of high operating efficiency and small occupied space.Based on this,this paper takes a new energy vehicle painting production line as the research object,analyzes its main composition structure and process flow,and carries out field trial production verification for the design scheme,which meets the design and the requirements of the owner,and provides a useful reference for the design and application of the three-dimensional warehouse.
